About Videojam FM
Videojam FM is the podcast from Videojam, a curated video discovery platform for DJ sets, cinema and music videos. The platform is built on one idea: a person choosing what plays next beats a feed guessing. The show is where that idea gets argued out loud.
What we talk about
Music and technology, and the places they collide. How a recorded set turns into a tracklist, a chart and a booking. What human curation costs and what it is worth. Where AI-generated music belongs in a catalog built by hand, if anywhere. Copyright, embeds and the platform rules that decide what can be shown where. And the films, short form and filmmakers behind Videojam Fest.
Who is on it
The artists whose sets and videos are on Videojam, the filmmakers from the festival selection, the engineers and producers who make the records, and the people building the tools the industry runs on. Guests are invited because they have done the thing, not because they have a release to push.
Who makes it
Videojam FM is produced by the Videojam team and hosted by Alan More, founder of Videojam. Videojam is a growing startup based between Vienna and Barcelona, with a weekly DJ sets chart, an artist program and an annual film festival in Vienna.
Talk only, on purpose
Episodes contain no music beyond a few seconds of reference. Podcast platforms remove shows that carry unlicensed music, so the mixes live on Mixcloud under the same name and the sets themselves play on videojam.live. Every episode page carries notes, the links mentioned and a transcript.
